Exoplans provides AI-powered construction document analysis, including but not limited to blueprint analysis, RFI generation, scope extraction, and constructability review. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all construction documents and data you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant Exoplans a limited license to process, analyze, and store your content solely to provide the Service to you.

You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload and share any content you submit to the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the Service
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
Use the Service to infringe on intellectual property rights

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Exoplans and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. EXOPLANS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

Analysis and recommendations provided by the Service are for informational purposes only and should not replace professional engineering judgment. Users are responsible for verifying all outputs.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL EXOPLANS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
